1. Purpose

CLT Startup House is a curated workspace for early-stage founders located at 1717 Cleveland Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28203. It is operated by StealthX, LLC in partnership with the property owner. By expressing interest or participating, you acknowledge the following terms.

2. Expression of Interest

Submitting an expression of interest is non-binding. Key terms:

• Non-binding: Expressing interest does not obligate you in any way. You may withdraw at any time by emailing drew@stealthx.co.
• Not a reservation: Expressing interest does not guarantee you a spot in CLT Startup House. Final participants will be selected at our sole discretion based on fit, timing, and other factors.
• If we proceed: We will reach out to those who have expressed interest with next steps, pricing, and participation details.
• If we don't proceed: If we determine there is insufficient interest or decide not to move forward for any reason, we will notify those who expressed interest.

3. Selection Process

Expressing interest does not guarantee participation in CLT Startup House. If we move forward with the concept:

• We will have limited capacity.
• Final participants will be selected at our sole discretion.
• Selection criteria may include stage of company, team composition, product focus, culture fit, and other factors.
• We reserve the right to decline any applicant for any reason.

If you express interest but are not selected, you are under no obligation.

4. Timeline & Launch

CLT Startup House is located at 1717 Cleveland Avenue in Charlotte, nestled between South End & Dilworth. StealthX moved in as anchor tenant on April 1, 2026. Residents are onboarding through April and May, with memberships opening in late May / early June 2026.

We will communicate updates via email to those who have subscribed or expressed interest.

5. Communications

By expressing interest or subscribing, you agree to receive email communications about CLT Startup House progress, updates, and related information. You may unsubscribe at any time.

We will not share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. No Guarantees

To be clear:

• We make no guarantees about specific pricing, amenities, availability, or programming details.
• Details shared on this website reflect our current plans but may change.
• Expressing interest creates no contractual obligation on our part to provide space or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLT Startup House, Drew Burdick, StealthX LLC, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in this interest validation process.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to those who have expressed interest. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
