Coworking spaces optimize for square footage. We optimize for the people in the room. A few resident startups in a historic house, hand-picked for fit, with weekly events designed to create the kind of collisions that produce breakthroughs. It's not a workspace. It's a community.
No. We don't take equity, run programs, or pretend to know how to build your company better than you do. We provide the space, the people, and the rituals. You provide the work.
Not directly. We're not a fund. The CLT Startup House is a space and a community. If you build something compelling here, the investors who pass through, and the founders who become your neighbors, will form their own opinions.
StealthX is the AI consultancy that founded the house and serves as its anchor partner. They get founding-partner access; you get a working demonstration of what AI-powered execution looks like. Members get exclusive workshops on how to use AI to ship faster.
