A century-old historic home retrofitted for founders who want proximity, collisions, and a real community over a corporate coworking floor. ## What it is CLT Startup House is a curated workspace and community at 1717 Cleveland Avenue in Charlotte, NC (between South End and Dilworth). A small group of resident startups, hand-picked for fit, plus regular community events: House Jams, founder dinners, and demo nights. Founded in 2026 by Drew Burdick (founder of the AI consultancy StealthX, which serves as anchor tenant and partner). The thesis: physical proximity between diverse founders working on different problems is the most reliable engine of innovation. We are not an incubator, not an accelerator, not a coworking franchise.
